Canister Site

The Balkan Canister Site and Recycling Center is located at the Balkan Garage. Recyclable materials such as glass, paper, plastic, tin, cardboard, scrap metal, appliances, tires, oil and oil filters are accepted at no charge. Mattresses and box springs are also collected, the cost is eight punches each on the coupon card. New items accepted: Cell phones; Household batteries and power tool batteries; and Fluorescent light bulbs. Coupons may be purchased at the SUPER DUPER STORE, JUBILEE FOODS, and KEYBOARD LIQUOR. No cash is accepted at the Canister Site.
